150 exhibitors storm Automotive Show

ONE hundred and fifty exhibitors are participating at West African Automotive show, which began yesterday at Landmark event centre, Oniru, Lagos.

Speaking with reporters, Exhibition Manager of B to B Events, Mrs. Georgina Lloyd, said the exhibitors are key players in the industry.

“We got over 150 exhibitors; we are looking to meet West African importers and automobile community.

“We have brought pavilion from Morocco, Indonesia, China, Egypt. We got companies selling their automotive products; oils and lubricant, automative spare parts; batteries, tyres and more,” she said.

President of Auto Spare Parts & Machinery Dealers Association (ASPMDA), Ngozi Emechebe, thanked the organiser, saying the event will strenghten relationships between manufacturers of automobile part and service operators.

An exhibitor, Managing Director of Linus projects, Khatab Meboob, said his organisation offers services for production and packaging of lubricant oil.

“We have machines for production of lubricants, so you don’t need to import them, you can make them in Nigeria,” he said.
