A firm, Refin Homes, has restated its commitment to creating flexible housing plans for low and average income earners.
The firm said anyone “who earns an income can own a home in not more than thirty six months if they key into any of their programmes.
The Deputy Managing Director, Refin Homes, Kazeem Owolabi, said the firm had created flexible housing plans for lower and middle class earners.
Owolabi said: “Some people have access to finance, but without houses at the right prices. Refin Homes has come to bridge the gap to make sure every low or middle-class earner can become a home owner.
“Some people have access to finance, but the houses are not available at the right prices and right quality. Some people do not have access to finance at all, so what can we do to bridge this gap. We created Refin Homes and what we do is to provide alternative housing solutions. So anyone who earns an income can come to us and then we sit down and plan based on your capacity.”
He further said Refin Homes will not impose on aspiring home owners, but will plan according to the income and information provided by its clients.
“We plan with you based on your capacity. For example, you earn about one hundred and fifty thousand a month and you come to us, the first thing we do is access you. There are some basic things we need to know; we analyze the information given to us and then we tell you based on your income what we think you can afford and then we give you a payment plan and then you pay us a specific amount every month for a specified period”, he said.
