THE search for who wears the crown for the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, MBGN 2019, has begun.
At a media briefing in Lagos, the organizers of the glamorous pageant spoke on the expectation for this year’s competition.
Special Adviser on Entertainment and Tourism in Bayelsa State, Guy Murray Bruce, talked about sponsors, as he emphasized that, they don’t only want to have Bayelsa State government as sponsors, but others like beauty product chain ‘Fair and White’, stressing that, it will add some flavour to the show.
The General Manager, News 24, Mr Bola Salako, said that because of the international standard involved in the competition, height and beauty will not only be the yardstick for selection. She said intelligence will also be considered.
It has been revealed that screening to select the best seven contestants will hold in seven states across the country.
