Customs seizes 589 bags of rice worth N10m

The Niger/Kogi/Kwara Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has seized 589 bags of smuggled rice with Duty Paid Value (DPV) of N10million.

The Area Controller of Niger/Kwara/Kogi Command, Abba-Kassim Yusuf, disclosed this while briefing reporter yesterday in Minna.

He said the seizures were made this month.
