Dr. Osagie Ehanire from Edo State was called for screening on Thursday.
Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, reported that Ehanire was absent.
The third day of the exercise, started with the immediate past Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.
26 nominees have so far been screened.
