House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Ahmed Idris Wase has felicitated with the Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege on his 56th birthday.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Umar Muhammad, the Deputy Speaker described the Deputy Senate President as an excellent representative of his constituents, who contributed immensely to the development of the Senate and Nigeria.
The statement said: “Distinguished Senator Ovie Omo-Agege is a loyal and resourceful lawmaker who has demonstrated selflessness and commitment to the growth of the legislature and Nigeria.
“The Deputy Speaker wishes him many more years of good health and successes in the service of the nation.”
Wase also prayed to God to bless, protect and preserve Omo-Agege “for many more years of selfless and meritorious service to fatherland”.
