Colloquium for late Law School teacher

The Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) will hold a special national colloquium and conference in honour of the late Kevin Ndubuisi Nwosu.

The late Nwosu was Director of Academics at the Nigerian Law School.

He founded Settlement House and Dispute Resolution Associates Ltd.

APNM, in a statement by its board chair Mrs Zainab Ibrahim Bio and National President Dr Dorn Cklaimz Enamhe, said the event will hold on Saturday in Abuja.

Its theme is: Kevin Ndubuisi Nwosu (1966-2015): A quintessential ADR practitioner.

The statement said the event will serve as a get-together for the association’s members.

Nwosu (49) died on August 17, 2015 after delivering a keynote address at the National Summit on Security hosted by Nigerian Police at the international Conference Centre Abuja.

Besides his role in the development of the curriculum for Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation at the School, he also anchored training programmes for various professionals in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Nwosu was the concept initiator of the SMA Belgore Model of Criminal Justice Reform.

He hailed from Ezekwemba Village, Eziama Obaire, Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State.
