A United Kingdom-based Peoples’ Democratic Party PDP chieftain, Hon Opeyemi Falegan, has advised contractors handling the airport project in Ekiti State to do a good job from the foundation to the final execution of the project.
“The advice becomes imperative because Ekiti people will not tolerate a situation where such a long-awaited and economy booster project will be abandoned for not meeting the specifications of the international air safety ”Hon Falegan said.
Hon. Falegan, who is also the founder of the Opeyemi Falegan Foundation, gave the advice in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti.

The politician said the decision of the Ekiti governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, to embark on the project was a right step in a right direction.
“There is no doubt that the project will not only promote the economy of the state, but will also facilitate unprecedented development in the areas of infrastructure, health, education, transportation and tourism, among others, in the state.
