All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State has rejoiced with Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State on his re-election for a fresh term of four years.
State Chairman of the party, Ade Adetimehin, described the feat by the candidate of the APC in the governorship election as “thrilling and refreshing.”
Adetimehin also congratulated the party’s flagbearer in Bayelsa State, David Lyon, on his election as the next governor of the state.
He applauded Lyon and the APC family in Bayelsa State for putting an end to the two-decade dominance of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.

He commended party faithful for being resolute and determined for victory in the face of coordinated oppression and intimidation.
He lamented the isolated cases of violence reported during the elections and condoles with those that lost their dear ones, expressing hope that future elections would witness improvement.
Adetimehin advised the Bello and Lyon to justify the trust and confidence their people repose in them by dedicating themselves to the development of their respective states and the people’s well-being.
