A religious leader, Apostle I. K. Favour Osasuwa, has been awarded the Merit Certificate and declared Ambassador of Peace in Delta State.
The award was bestowed on him by a non-governmental organisation known as African Voice Initiatives which described the apostle as a great man of peace that had contributed to peace of Delta State and Nigeria in general.
Receiving the award, Apostle Osasuwa, who is the Senior Pastor of Wonder Embassy Int’l based in Asaba, said he was surprised by the recognition and promised to do more for the country.
