WITH his recent track, ‘Life is Banana’, still trending, German-based Nigerian musician, UGO, is set to release another new song today.
According to the Afro-fusion musician, the new song will be available for pre-order on digital platforms.
Born on June 13, 1986, Ugo hails from Ihitenansa in Orlu LGA of Imo State. And raised in Onitsha, Anambra State from a family of eight, he moved to Europe after completing his secondary school in Christ the King College, Onitsha. He studied International Business in Germany before kick-starting his musical career.
This was after stints of failed investments on a couple of acts signed to his label.

UGO says he was influenced by music legends like Snoop Dog, Celine Dion and Michael Jackson because of his exposure to their records while growing up. And UGO started singing and rapping in secondary school and earned the name ‘Snoop’.
Since his music debut in 2014, UGO has continued to showcase his ability to make music that his fans have categorised as ‘Timeless.’
Popular as one of the best Nigerian artiste based in Europe, he has performed alongside the likes of 2Baba, Phyno, Slow Dog and IllBliss, while they toured Europe.
