Lagos State Commissioner for Home Affairs Prince Anofiu Elegushi has promised to enhance the collaboration between the state and foreign embassies, especially the Italian Embassy.
He said this is to ensure that Christian pilgrims have seamless pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
Prince Elegushi, who spoke during his working visit to the Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board (LSCPWB) in Ikeja, noted that the state government was always worried when pilgrims were denied visas.
He assured Lagosians that refusal of visas, especially to Rome, would soon become a thing of the past.
