When news that top gospel singer, Sinach, gave birth broke, it came as a big surprise to many of her followers. She has been looking up to God for the fruit of the womb since she tied the knot in 2014 and God answered her prayer at 46.
For the doubting Thomases, who didn’t believe she was pregnant for nine months, the singer and her husband, Joe Egbu, for the first time, made a public appearance with their child. On Wednesday, the couple dedicated their child in a church service.
On her Instagram page, Sinach appreciated everyone who made it to the dedication ceremony, saying: “I think happiness can sometimes overflow and you can only be grateful forever and just say thank you Lord! Thank you to our friends and family that came out to celebrate with us.”
The excited husband also, while sharing photos on Instagram, wished he could increase his paternity leave.
