The Center for Disability Issues (CDI), has praised Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on measures taken to curtail the spread of the dreaded coronavirus in the state.
In an open letter by Kehinde Oshilaja on Wednesday, the group said the virus had disrupted several activities both locally and internationally to the extent of shutting down some countries.

Hailing the governor for steps taken, the group said, the drastic measures to curb the spread of coronavirus is for everybody’s benefit.
Expressing gratitude to the governor for acknowledging their just concluded ‘Love feast/symposium’ for people living with disability by sending a representative, CDI appealed to the governor to come to their aid.
They called on the governor to direct all local councils in the state to make provision for those living with disability.
