The Delta State Government, on Monday, said all political appointees will lose a month’s subvention to fund its food bank.

The food bank is to cushion the effect of the lockdown in the State on the poor, Delta Information Commissioner, Charles Aniagwu said.
Mr Charles Aniagwu, who made this known while briefing reporters in Asaba said all political appointees in the state would forfeit one month subvention to their offices as contribution to the funds to provide palliatives to the people.
