Kano Deputy Governor Dr. Nasiru Gawuna has tested negative for COVID-19.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Hassan Fagge, Gawuna also commended residents for complying with the lockdown order.
He urged the public to maintain social distancing, washing and sanitising of hands regularly and to comply with all other advice given by medical experts
