Vanguard sport editor loses mum

THE assistant sports editor of Vanguard Newspaper, Patrick Omorodion has lost his mum, Madam Mary Alegbe Omorodion. The late Omorodion passed on  Saturday April 11, 2020 after a brief illness.

She was aged 90 years (1930 – 2020). She was an active trader during her stay in Onitsha, Anambra state and Port Harcourt in Rivers State before she retired to her hometown, Ekpon in Edo state in the late 1990s.  She is survived by Mr. Patrick Omorodion, Mr. Charles Omorodion, Mr. Christopher Omorodion, Miss Blessing Omorodion, Mrs Georgina Arigbodi, grand children, relatives, and In-laws.

Burial arrangements will be announced later.
