DAG group donates face masks, PPE to NCDC, LAGS

DAG Industries Nigeria Ltd has donated personal protective equipment to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Health to support Nigeria’s fight against Covid-19.

The organisation said that it also reached out to riders of Boxer Okada at the grassroots level and distributed sanitisers, masks, and gloves on “a pan Nigeria basis.”

According to the company, these riders have been “patronising out products and brands over the years and have been instrumental in making Boxer the number one okada brand in Nigeria.”

The DAG group, in a statement, said that it had always believed in “being a corporate citizen with a conscience.”

The Managing Director of DAG Industries Nigeria Ltd, Mr. Monish Lakhani said the company will continue to support Nigeria during this challenging period.

It reads: “In Nigeria, DAG has donated millions of naira worth of personal protective equipment to NCDC Headquarters in Abuja and Mainland Hospital Yaba, Lagos (For Lagos State Ministry of Health/NCDC), to be distributed to healthcare facilities and professionals.
