Six COVID-19 patients have been discharged in Borno.
They were discharged after recovering from the virus and testing negative twice.
This is despite the increase in positive cases of COVID 19 in the state.
Borno has recorded 159 cases.

The newly discharged were at the University of Maiduguri Isolation Centre.
With them, eight patients have been discharged so far in Borno.
Our correspondent gathered most of the discharged patients were medical personnel of the hospital.
They contracted the virus from the index case, who was admitted at the hospital on April 18 2020.
