One of the suspects that killed Funke Olakunri, daughter of Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, Adamu Adamu, has tested negative for COVID-19.
Adamu Adamu was arrested in Edo State and tested positive for COVID-19 after he and three others were arraigned in Akure.
He was kept at the State Infectious Disease Hospital, where he was treated.
After he tested negative, officials of Correctional Centre in Akure refused to admit him into the facility.

Addressing journalists on Monday, Governor Akeredolu said he has made necessary contacts with the Interior Minister, Rauf Aregbesola, to hasten the return of the defendant to the Correctional Centre.
Akeredolu said charges have been read to the suspect in respect of the case.
Meanwhile following successes recorded in the containment of COVID-19 in Ondo State, indications have emerged that worship centres in the state might soon be allowed to open.
Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu gave the indication yesterday during his weekly update on COVID-19.
The Ondo Governor said he would meet with religious leaders and other stakeholders within the state to explore ways of returning religious worship to the society.
