Former All Progressives Congress (APC), National Disabled Leader, Misbahu Lawan Didi, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari’s decision to dissolve the National Working Committee (NWC), of the party and setting up a National Caretaker/Convention Committee (NCC), in order to save the party from disintegration.
Didi who made the commendation in a statement he signed on Saturday, also congratulated Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni and his committee members on their appointment as the party’s National Caretaker/Convention Committee (NCC).
While pledging to support Buni-led NCC, he said the move by the President was welcomed by him, despite he was part of the recently dissolved NWC of the party.

“The President’s decision towards the resolution of the crisis in APC is of the party’s interest”, he said.
According to him, “As a party loyalist, I accept and support President Buhari’s efforts to reorganise the party for the benefit of all its teaming members nationwide.
“I appreciate our party members and all Nigerians with disabilities for their cooperation, help and support during his service to the party as the past APC National Disabled Leader.
While commending the immediate past NWC and leaders of the party for their support over the years, he further appreciated former National Chairman of APC, Chief John Odegie Oyegun, National Leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, immediate past party Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, Senator Lawal Shuaibu, Mai Mala Bumi and all APC governors.
