Police sergeant Chinatu Onyema, who allegedly killed two persons in Aba, Abia State, last week, is now on the run, The Nation has learnt.
Onyema was said to have killed an official of the state Board of Internal Revenue, and another man, in a bid to disperse a tense crowd in the commercial city.

Onyema’s gun has been recovered, a police source said, adding that he has switched off his phone, and “cannot be reached”.
