Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has inducted over 500 members as Associates during its 39th induction.

CIPM President Wale Adeniran urged members to operate by the institute’s principles of service, creativity, result, integrity, professionalism and teamwork (SCRIPT).

The induction, with the theme: ‘The New Normal: A case of multidimensional leadership’, was virtual.

Adeniran said the new members should constantly learn new concepts, disciplines and methods.

“I enjoin you to continue to live the CIPM code of conduct and our core values in all your professional and individual dealings,’’ he added.
