Kwara to revamp clinic

Kwara State has approved rehabilitation and re-equipping of Otte Maternity and Dispensary Clinic in Asa Local Government, it was learnt yesterday.

“The rehabilitation work begins this week,” Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq said when he visited the facility in Otte-Oja.

Otte Maternity and Dispensary Clinic is part of the over 37 primary health facilities the government is renovating in the first phase of what it called ‘a total overhaul of the primary healthcare system’.

The Alangua of Otte, Alhaji Yusuf Abdul, praised AbdulRazaq for his development efforts.
