A suspected kidnapper who fled Gombe State with the Hummer bus of his victim to Ondo State has been arrested.

The suspect was said to have repainted the vehicle, replaced the registration number.

In a statement, Ondo police spokesman Tee-Leo Ikoro said the suspect was apprehended in Ore.
