KATSINA State Governor Aminu Masari on Sunday called on wealthy residents to partner with the government to develop the state.

Masari, who was speaking during the inauguration of the multi-million naira park, “Continental Virtual Reality’’ and the 24-bed hospital ward at Katsina General Hospital, by Continental Foundation, said the development of the state cannot be left in the hands of the government alone.

He praised the founder of Salisu foundation, Salisu Mamman, for his philanthropic services, which have extended beyond the state.
