THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday wrapped up its arguments in a N200 million fraud case against two defendants Tom Awhana and Paul Okoro.
The two were charged with defrauding a law firm, Mogbeyi Sagay & Co before an Ikeja Special Offences Court.
The defendants were arraigned in April last year for alleged conspiracy to commit felony, stealing N200 million from Mogbeyi Sagay & Co. sometime between year 2012 and 2013 in Lagos.
They pleaded not guilty, and Justice Dada adjourned the matter till October 23.
