Temitope O. Shobulo also known as Director OT is a music video director based in Capetown, South Africa. He is better known for shooting videos such as McKay’s – Lil Momma, K, Neila’s Interlude, McKay – 1, No Time and Save My Soul.
Temitope was born on October 10th, 1986 in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up he loved creative arts and photography and this motivated him to attend technical courses while in Nigeria. But he knew it wouldn’t be enough to realize his dream so he applied and was admitted at the SAE film institute in Capetown and then moved to South Africa to follow his passion.
His first stint at directing Music Videos was as an assistant director and since then it has been an upward turn for him. He is currently working on his personal project, a short film, which he hopes to unveil in the second quarter of 2021.
He is noted for his preference in working with upcoming artistes like MCKAY, BIGSLIM BANDIT, BODIBAG etc. “I prefer working with upcoming acts before they acquire popularity and their heads and egos grow too big to handle. I love watching them grow and come into their own” he said. His work has been creatively recognized in Capetown, South Africa.
