OYO State Governor Seyi Makinde on Tuesday announced a minor executive council (exco) swap of two commissioners.
According to him, this is to ensure that his administration leaves behind a good legacy.
The governor spoke at the executive chamber during the swearing-in of a commissioner, Mr Ayansiju Lawal.
The Commissioner for Establishment and Training, Prof. Dahud Sangodoyin, was moved to the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Transport.

The ministry had been without a substantive commissioner since the removal of the former commissioner, Prof. Raphael Afonja, in August.
It is the second time Sangodoyin will be moved. He was initially at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
