He said, as a diplomat, the late Njiwah served his country with utmost sense of duty and patriotism. He said the bridge of unity and cooperation built by Njiwah between Nigeria and the Republic of Cameroon where he served as Nigeria’s ambassador, has endured till today. He said the late Njiwah was an outstanding diplomat, dependable community leader and patriot.

Ishaku said Njiwah’s death less than three years into his reign as the paramount ruler of Mbamnga Chiefdom has robbed the people of the community and Taraba State in general of his mature leadership, community service and exemplary life of charity.

He prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
