Running four enterprises by his mid 30s in four separate fields, Roland Uhunoma Egbon is fast carving a niche for himself as a prolific entrepreneur destined to change his world.
Born on November 20, 1986 in Benin City, Edo, Nigeria to the family of Mr and Mrs John Egbon, the young Egbon had his secondary school education at Bishop Ajayi Crowder College in Edo following which he studied Political Science at the Ambrose Ali University, Edo.
Business was a major part of his life and Egbon tried his hands on many business ventures, building chains of relationships with key players in the Nigerian entrepreneurial industry, in the process.
Between 2010 and 2018, his creative and enterprising nature paid off and he can now be said to be a business tycoon, running several businesses in the United Kingdom and Nigeria respectively.
Presently, he is the director of United Kingdom-based R Squares Accessories Ltd which he founded in 2018. It has a unisex salon enclosed.
His Nigerian investments include District 41 Night Club Ltd in Benin, Edo State established in 2010, R Squares Integrated Properties Services Ltd (2017) and Oaks Luxury Hotel (2015).
Egbon’s property firm provides client consultations, offers about owning a property, and also offers clients magnificent, and superb luxury apartments with an extra touch of house furnishing that beats the needs and expectations of customers.
In a recent interview, Egbon admitted that he was a hard worker who loves to see other young persons like him achieve success.
He explained that he invested in these businesses because they were areas he was familiar with, having worked in them before.
“I knew that if i ventured into them, I would be able to create jobs for young persons like me,” he said.
District 41 Night Club Ltd and Oaks Luxury Hotel, has gained a prestige as fast-growing and cutting edge companies that have helped the nation by providing jobs many Nigerians, as well as giving back to the underprivileged through a philanthropic platform.
You wouldn’t know this by taking in his youthful appearance and busy nature, but Egbon oozes so much energy, is warm-hearted and always cheerful.
He enjoys travelling, learning and unlearning among many other hobbies.
