The death has occurred of Deaconess Sarah Sunday Umoren.
She was 78.
Mma Umoren, as she was fondly called, was a great teacher and a disciplinarian.
She will be buried on Saturday at her late husband’s hometown, Mbiabong Edem Adik, in Ibiono Ibom Local Government of Akwa Ibom State after a funeral service at 10am.
She is survived by children, grandchildren, in-laws and others.
