The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State on Thursday declared its readiness to recall a member of the House of Assembly representing Brass Constituency 1, Daniel Charles, over his defection to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The APC, through the Chairman in Brass Local Government, Baribote Solomon, described the defection as an act of desperation and selfishness.

He said the party would begin the process of Charles’ recall because it owns the ticket.

Solomon said despite the claims of defection and division, Bayelsa APC is intact and united.
