Students of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) on Wednesday continued their protest against the increase of school fees.
The students also forced Vice-Chancellor Prof. Lilian Salami to address them and rescind an earlier decision to shut down the institution indefinitely.

The protest started on Tuesday against N20,000 late registration fee.

Salami reached a peace agreement with leaders of the protesting students, a source said.
She also agreed that none of the protest leaders would be punished or victimised.
