Ojoo, a major centre announced for the #ENDSARS memorial protest and the main gate of the University of Ibadan, were deserted on Wednesday morning by protesters.
When The Nation visited the two spots famous for protests, scores of armed and unarmed policemen were seen at strategic locations obviously to prevent the planned protest.

The protesters had listed Ojoo roundabout to mark the first anniversary of the bloody #EndSARS protest.
But residents were seen going about their businesses peacefully as at the time of filing this report.
Soldiers were also seen patrolling UI-Sango-Ojoo Road.
