The Lagos State Government has trained healthcare workers towards effective service delivery in the state.
Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Princess Adenike Adedoyin Ajayi, said the training was in line with the state government effort to transform the healthcare system, by putting in place measures that will enhance productivity and add more value to services rendered.
She spoke on Wednesday during Ilera Eko Service Charter Development Sensitization Workshop, at LCCI hall in Ikeja. The event was organized by the Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA) in collaboration with Lagos State Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI).

Ajayi said the event would enable the government and its partners in the private institutions and facilities to have uniform knowledge on the type of standards set in Lagos State on service delivery.
General Manager, Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA), Dr. Emmanuella Zambia, said the sensitization seeks to ensure that residents of Lagos State get quality customer service delivery in the health facilities.
