Youths in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, at the weekend benefited from a free skill acquisition seminar by CLUBKONNECT, to eradicate unemployment in the country.
They were trained in how to harness the social media and CLUBKONNECT platforms for financial prosperity.
Speaking with reporters, the General Manager, Mr. Joseph Oyebanji, noted that Nigeria would be a better place if innovative ideas towards solving unemployment and poverty were harnessed.
He said one of the objectives behind the seminar was to spread prosperity and empower the enterprising, skillful and vibrant people to fulfil their potential and realise their dreams.
Hailing CLUBKONNECT and the seminar organising team, the Executive Secretary of Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, represented by Mr. Adeyemi Adeniyi, said the firm was a brand to reckon with when efficient and reliable services were needed.
He thanked the company for its magnanimity.
One of the beneficiaries, Akinola Sharafadeen, said he derived joy from the impactful training sessions, adding that he would maximise the training for financial stability and economic prosperity.
