SHADE Okoya decided to add a different dimension to her 45th birthday celebration on Monday by releasing a documentary showcasing her purposeful life.
Shade seems to be enjoying her life as the wife of billionaire Rasaq Okoya, mother, and businesswoman. If anyone doubts her fulfillment and happiness, the documentary must have buried that.
The documentary captures Shade’s love for premium dresses and fashion accessories, and her love for her family.
Her husband, Chief Okoya, in the film, described his wife and mother of six children as an honest and nice woman.
“She takes good care of her children and the home. She worries a lot if they are travelling,” he said.
“She is hard-working. She wakes up at 7 am to clean the house and she gets to the factory at 9 am. She does her best to keep it going.”
Shade’s children also sang praises of her, saying that she is more than a mother to them.
According to Wahab, her last child, she’s a go-getter and she made him the man he is today.
Oyinlola said she is very caring, hardworking, and determined. Subomi said she fights his battles as a lawyer and she is his doctor when he is sick.
Others, including Olamide, Amina, and Jubril, said she is a great woman and they are lucky to have her as a mother.
“She is a great influence on me in different ways. She does not influence me only by her work ethic but also by her fashion and hobbies,” Olamide said.
“She is caring, generous, and hard-working. It is nice to have someone who is strong and hardworking by my side,” Amina said.
