Fast-rising actress, Adejoke Adekola aka Oja has attributed her soaring fame to her penchant for hard work.
Adekola, a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Ado-Ekiti, who had worked in two real estate firms, fulfilled her dreams of becoming an actor when she met famed Yoruba actor, Taiwo Hassan aka Ogogo.
She has since featured in movies including, Inu and Our secret. In August 2021, she produced an impressive movie entitled Unmerited and directed by Muyideen Ayinde, which garnered about one million views.
Describing herself as hardworking and diligent, she said: ‘’What sets my career on a fast track and stands me out is my love for hard work and diligence. Hard work and commitment are one of my strengths, lazy people seldom succeed in their endeavors. Acting is a self-starter business and it requires so much self-motivation as well as an endless amount of your personal time in other to succeed. ‘’
She added: ‘’I am a hardworking and fearless person and this is one of the good attributes an actor needs to become one of the best recognised faces in the Nigerian movie industry.’’
