The Oniba of Ibam Oba Suleiman Adeshina has urged Muslim pilgrims to be good ambassadors of the country during Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
The monarch gave the admonition during a prayer session organized for about 30 persons he is sponsoring on Hajj this year.
Oba Adeshina noted that pilgrimage allows participants to fulfill one of the most important tenets of Islam as laid down by Prophet Mohammed.
At the event held at the place of the monarch, Muslim clerics prayed for the safe trip and return of the intending pilgrims.
The clerics urged the beneficiaries to imbibe the virtues of pilgrims to the holy land noting as a compass for their lives upon their return from the pilgrimage.
