Outgoing Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, yesterday handed over to Mr. Dauda Biu as Acting Corps Marshal.
The handover ceremony took place at the FRSC Headquarters in Abuja.
A statement by the Corps Public Education Officer (CPEO), Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) Bisi Kazeem said Biu’s appointment took effect from July 24.
Until his recent appointment, Biu was the Deputy Corps Marshal, Finance and Accounts at the FRSC headquarters. He joined the FRSC in 1988.
FRSC Board Chairman, Malam Bukhari Bello, urged the new FRSC boss to justify his appointment by sustaining the tempo.
