Gennaro Gattuso a has admitted Valencia have financial problems while Barcelona have signed players they ‘can’t afford.’
The Italian tactician has been appointed as the new boss at the Estadio Mestalla and is looking forward to the beginning of the new season in Spain.
“It’s a tough league, Real, Barcelona and Atletico are ahead of everyone else. They have something in common, they take care of the ball,” the ex-Milan and Napoli boss told La Gazzetta d’ello Sport. “Here [in Spain] the ball has the priority, not the physical strength or the distance covered. Kids grow up with a precise identity, thinking about the ball.”
