Popular Nigerian music stars Skales, and Humblesmith were some of the entertainers that thrilled guests at the third edition of Bodex Social media Hangout 3.0.
The event with the theme, Social Media X – Redefining The Narrative, had a glittering array of stars, celebrities, practitioners, social media enthusiasts, and stakeholders in attendance.
In her opening remarks, the convener Bodex Florence Hungbo stated, ‘This year’s edition was convened to restate the position of Social Media as the leading influence of social interaction. We wanted to redefine the narrative of social media as a place not only for fun and jokes but also a place where serious discussion as to how best to use social media to reposition our country and individuals going on the recent happenings in the county. We want to show Nigerians that social media is changing lives in more ways than we can ever imagine and we should seize that opportunity to re-write our stories positively.”
Hosted by Gbenga Adeyinka 1st and Denrele Edun, Juju music star Wale Thompson and Jaywon also joined in entertaining dignitaries that include Segun Awosanya aka SegaLinks, Pamilerin Adegoke aka The Pamilerin, Chinomso Egemba aka Aproko Doctor, Kolawole Osinowo, Ramon Nasir, Femi Babafemi, Efe Omorogbe, Bolaji Adebiyi, Damilola Otubanjo, Oma Ehiri, and Esan Sunday.
