The Group Managing Director/CEO, Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola-King, has clinched the Housing CEO of the Year Award.
Thr firm was also named the Outstanding Real Estate Company of the year at the Ibadan International Housing and Construction Fair, with the theme: ‘Rethinking the National Housing Policy and bridging gap between sustainability and affordability’.
At the event, which held at the University of Ibadan, the organisers said: “The giant strides, physical development, and the architectural masterpiece of the company coupled with its affordability and credibility strategies have attracted the organisers to bestow the honour in appreciation of the impact it had brought to the real estate in Southwest, and Nigeria.”
The company’s Director-General, Business Strategy, Ayodeji Omoniyi, thanked the organisers for the recognition.
He added: “The reward for hard work is more work; this me and my team at Adron Homes and Properties are fully aware of. This award has spurred us to continue in our humble service of making incredible houses at affordable rates to Nigerians and Africans at large.”
