Fans desirous to watch the Super Eagles B versus Black Galaxies of Ghana’s 2023 African Nations Championship Qualifiers tomorrow will part with either N1,000 or N5,000 to be at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
The Eagles B lost the first leg at the Cape Coast Stadium, Ghana 2-0 and as they face a litmus test to overturn the deficit, the Nigeria Football Federation’s Marketing and Sponsorship department has pegged the gate fee for the state box and VIP section at N5,000 while the regular ticket goes for N1000.
The press statement gave three designated areas where tickets for the State Box/VIP can be purchased as: NFF Head Office Package B, MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja, Wuse Zone 7 Old Office, and MKO Abiola Stadium Stand.
While the Regular match tickets will be on sale tomorrow.
NFF may have decided to introduce gate fees again in the wake of the fans’ violence that greeted the return leg of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Playoffs against the Black Stars of Ghana in March this year which attracted a heavy fine from the world football governing body.
