The Managing Director of KAB Constructions Limited, Mr Alex Kehinde Bankole yesterday congratulated the Etsu of Nupe and Chairman of Traditional Council of Niger State Dr Yahaya Abubakar, on his 7Oth birthday and 19th anniversary on the throne.
