Gunmen at the weekend burnt houses and the market of Orsu- Ihiteukwa community in the Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State.
Apart from setting their houses ablaze, the community’s market was torched during the invasion of the community on Saturday.

Residents of the affected area, according to sources, had fled their homes and places of commercial activities.
A source said that one person was allegedly killed during the attack but many houses were torched.
In the videos and pictures that had gone viral on the internet, residents were seen fleeing their homes and houses on fire.
Contacted, Imo Police Command spokesman, CSP Michael Abattam said there was no official report of the incident.
