Traders in Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Lagos State yesterday staged a walk in support of All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and running mate, Kashim Shettima.
Hundreds of market women and men in the LCDA started from Sunday Sunday market in Ogba to the Office of Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, David Odunmbaku.
Leader of the group, the Iyaloja General of Ojodu LCDA, Mrs. Folasade Salako, said the walk was to mobilise for Tinubu, Shettima and re-election of Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat and APC candidates.

“Our job is to mobilise people to vote for them. Our job is to mobilise traders to vote for our leader, Asiwaju Tinubu. We believe in him, and we believe he can turn things around for us in Nigeria,” they said.
Odumbaku said the traders have permanent voter cards (PVCs), adding they are ready to vote for APC candidates next year.
Alhaja Risi Ndubuisi, Iyaloja of fabric merchants, Lagos Island; Chief Oriyomi Arogundade, Iyaloja Plank market, Ojodu LCDA; Mr. Ilesanmi Bamidele, Babaloja Plank & Buildng Materials Asso and other traders participated in the walk.
