Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant of Kasa Consultant Services, Lagos, Dr. Kolawole Asa, has urged Lagos State and proprietors of private schools to encourage training of teachers for better performance.
He spoke at a two-day training, organised by Integral Nursery and Primary Schools, Ilogbo-Eremi, Badagry, Lagos.
The theme of the training is: Teachers’ Effectiveness and Students’ Academic Performance in a Dynamic Environment.
Asa said continuous training would make teachers more efficient and effective.
The proprietor, Dr. Moses Alagbe, said the training would add value to teachers and the school.
Headteacher, Mrs. Esther Balogun, hoped participants would come out of the training better informed and enlightened.
