NATIONAL Professionals Union of Nigeria (NPUN) has described the presidential campaign council of All Progressives Congress (APC) as capable of propelling it to victory.
Cecilia Dimlong, national chairperson of NPUN, who spoke at the weekend, hailed President Muhammadu Buhari and the party leadership for the council’s inauguration.
She also lauded the party’s candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, ‘for signposting a renewed hope for Nigerians’.
The APC has demonstrated unity of purpose, and is poised to secure victory that will consolidate on achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari in office.
“What this represents is that APC is well positioned to retain power going by the calibre of its presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, wa thoroughbred and seasoned administrator, and renowned political strategist, she said.
‘’It is also a thing of pride that our members in APC Professionals’ Council, including Director-General, Seyi Bamigbade, and others, were enlisted as members.
“The NPUN is optimistic the campaign will be a successful outing which will help the APC consolidate on its achievements in the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.”
